eh no, don't get me wrong!! nothing of the sort (: just that i conclude, sundays and public transport systems don't mix for me. heh i was on a train to town on sunday, then there was this influx of pregnant women onto the train. i just had to look up from my seat and there i was, shoved in the face with 3 big tummies (k don't take it too literally, nothing of the sort happened - at least not being shoved!) being the kind-hearted me, i gave up me seat to 1 of them. haha but i was left wonderin, threatening to fall off due to my bad ability to balance: why do pregnant women like to squeeze the public transport with so many evil singaporeans who pretend to fall asleep when they see them? i mean, if i've got a precious baby in my tummy, i'd make sure i've got enough $$ to take a taxi if i want to go out on crowded wkends. bringing up a baby is an expensive business in s'pore. and i wouldn't go walk around and risk gettin knocked into (literally) by some pesky little kids who dash around like a homing missile, totally oblivious to this mumzilla in their way. hais. i wouldn't dare to walk near a pregnant woman, i think it's extremely dangerous. i mean *touchwood* if anything happens to them and you can be remotely linked to being the cause of the mishap, i'm sure the husband/family/strangers wouldn't even let you off >.< scary business eh..

www.dvc.com.sg - the official site of the movie in s'pore. sounds like some vcd-selling shop if you ask me. anyway, went to watch the show le, again, the novel is always better than the movie. i mean yups, it's the moving pictures version and more thrilling to see things in action, but somehow there's like missing parts here and there and i guess people like me don't feel comfortable with things being left out. why didn't they get a real albino to cast as silas? it'd make it more realistic.. maybe damien duff from chelsea could give the brit actor a gd run for money as silas. heh and fache in the movie didn't come across as annoying and cold as portrayed in the book lehs. i'd remember him as the straight faced side kick of steve martin in the pink panther diamond, not this fache who's neither here nor there. haha.

that shall be all for today, yeps it's 17 days to world cup!! (:
